2011 Catalyst Award

In 2009, McDonald's Corporation set its sights on the prestigious Catalyst award to solidify the corporation's reputation as a global talent and diversity leader. McDonald's Corporation operated 32,000 restaurants in 119 countries with varying policies, positions, and values around diversity, especially women. 

McDonald's engaged our team member to develop a stakeholder engagement plan and action strategy to address critical issues before beginning the rigorous application process for the award.

3M has a long-standing commitment to education and developing tomorrow's workforce through strategic efforts. From 1953 to 2014, the company invested more than $1.4 billion in cash and products in U.S. communities, with additional international contributions and countless volunteer hours. 
Our communications lead was brought in to identify key partners that could help 3M reach more underrepresented students, teachers, parents, and thought leaders to increase the diversity of the company's STEM talent pool.
