Hey There,
During the fourth quarter at Leverette Weekes, we are wrapping up impact reports for clients while simultaneously positioning ourselves for success in the coming year.
We evaluate what has worked well, what pivots are needed, and what we hope to have achieved by 2025.
Here are three questions to ask to maximize this brief time between now and next year:
Which of 2024’s milestones will you share with stakeholders? To achieve your financial goals, be prepared to measure and communicate your impact, including survey results, cohort outcomes, and fundraising achievements.
What moments and events on next year’s calendar should you set in motion during the closing months of this year? Make your plan now for next year's Summits, conferences, campaigns, and announcements.
What messaging needs to be updated for next year’s internal and external communications? Budget for communications using pitch decks, signature speeches, and mission statements.
Momentum Summit Founders Dr. Tashion Macon (left) and Meredith Leigh Moore exited the stage after this year’s inaugural Summit remarks and immediately began planning for 2025’s event, which will return August 6th-7th.
Block off time this quarter to:
Reflect on what you will start, stop, and continue for the new year.
Identify events and activities that will take priority in 2025.
Review and update your organizational messaging.
Do you need support to get your 2025 communications plan in motion? We’re here to help with our Strategic Communication services. Email us at info@leveretteweekes.com, and let’s get started.
