Before leading her family’s business, Meredith wrote speeches for senior executives and led global initiatives and brand engagement for major corporations, including supporting the most diverse senior leadership team in McDonald's history. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, hosts the Getting Unstuck podcast, and is the youngest recipient of Howard University's Global Visionary Award.
